Greetings, everyone! I'm Lea, hailing from the picturesque Changhua County, nestled along the central western coast of Taiwan. Known for its rich agricultural heritage and vibrant culture, Changhua County boasts a treasure trove of attractions, from historical landmarks to breathtaking natural scenery. I'm delighted to be a part of the bilingual team at Yang Mei Senior High School. 

With over a decade of experience in teaching English, I've always had a passion for crafting engaging learning experiences. My teaching toolkit includes an array of activities, such as immersive storybook readings, dynamic role-play scenarios, and captivating Reader's Theater performances. My journey as an educator has taught me the virtues of patience and positivity when working with students. I firmly believe that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to teaching; instead, it's about constantly refining and adapting one's strategies to cater to the diverse learning styles of our students.

In my role as a homeroom teacher, I've come to realize that a conducive learning environment is built on the foundation of positivity and stress-free interactions. To this end, I prioritize the emotional well-being of my students. Recognizing the profound link between emotional well-being and cognitive development, I pursued a second teacher certificate in guidance and counseling. This endeavor equipped me with the invaluable skill of empathetic listening, enabling me to help students cope with the pressures and anxieties they may face. My ultimate goal is to infuse warmth into their lives and create a nurturing atmosphere for learning.

My journey as an educator has been marked by an unwavering commitment to personal growth and self-improvement. Over the years, I've donned various hats, serving as a homeroom teacher, a dedicated language tutor, a compassionate school counselor, and an efficient administrative teacher. This versatility has been possible because I've embraced the ethos of continuous learning, constantly expanding my horizons and drawing from a wellspring of experiences.
