ymhs reveals new international logo

Symbols are important features in every school and are mostly expressed as logos. The following image is the international logo of Yang Mei Senior High School.

The stunning Formosan Sika deer in the middle of the logo is endemic in Taiwan, particularly in Yangmei District. The white spots on the deer represent YMHS' numerous and diverse creative ideas.

Furthermore, the Sika deer prefers areas of mixed forest, scrub, and open land. Similarly, YMHS possesses a campus filled with vast open land, beautiful gardens, and towering trees.

Lastly, the year embedded in the logo is when the school was first built which is in 1948. Meanwhile, the capital letters CAP, which stands for Creativity, Adaptability and Professionalism, represents the vision of YMHS to achieve the 2030 bilingual vision of the Ministry of Education in Taiwan.
